Where It Started

KAELDR began with a simple idea:

Music should tell stories.

Growing up surrounded by Irish landscapes, history, folklore, and traditional music, creativity was never separated from place. Ancient ruins, coastal cliffs, old songs and forgotten legends all became part of the inspiration. Not to mention travelling the world, experiencing a vast array of different music and cultures has also played a part in my creations.

Years later, modern technology opened new creative possibilities.

Rather than replacing creativity, it became another instrument.

KAELDR was born from the meeting point between ancient inspiration and modern creation.

Ireland is woven throughout the KAELDR project.

The landscapes. The history. The storytelling tradition. The spirit of community.

Some songs draw directly from Irish themes, while others caryy the atmosphere and emotion that shaped the project from the beginning.

From coastal sunsets to traditional sessions, the influence remains present throughout the music.
